somatic technology for lasting change
Connected breathwork, bilateral eye tracking, binaural entrainment, and sigil work — one self-directed session that helps dissolve unhelpful patterns and install new states. For biohackers, self-actualizers, and timeline shifters.
A full taster across all three modes — no card required. Full access from $7/mo or $60/yr, with a 14-day free trial you can cancel anytime.
The Working runs three phases. Journey surfaces what the body has been holding. Transmute disrupts and dissolves it. Invoke installs something chosen in its place. Each phase uses a specific combination of four technologies — breathwork, bilateral eye tracking, binaural sound, and sigil work — chosen because their mechanisms serve that phase.
You have understood the pattern for years. It still runs.
You know what you want. The body does not believe it yet.
You want the conditions for neuroplastic change in a single session.
A controlled CO₂ drop that opens the nervous system to what it has been organising itself around.
Following a moving target while holding charged material taxes working memory — the same mechanism as EMDR. The pattern has less room to run.
Tones tuned to theta or alpha — one in each ear — guide the brain toward the target state for each mode. Headphones required.
Your intention is compressed into a symbol and charged through the session. The body encodes felt experience in altered states — not thought.
Something is present but unnamed. Enter open.
Name the pattern. The session works it at the level where it lives.
State what is already true. Move for thirty minutes after.
Conscious connected breathing reliably alters blood chemistry and nervous system state. The following effects are expected and temporary — they are signs the practice is working, not signs of danger.
Full contraindications are presented before every session. Practice seated or lying down. Do not use while driving.
Connected breathwork produces real, temporary physiological effects — tingling, lightheadedness, waves of emotion. They pass when the breath returns to normal, and you can end a session at any moment. The practice is not appropriate for everyone: contraindications are listed on the precautions page and shown before every session.
No. Nothing is suggested to you and no one guides you under. The session is self-directed throughout — you choose what to work with, and the four technologies act through documented physiological mechanisms rather than suggestion. The science page explains each one, with references.
They work well together. EFT and The Working share the same core move: staying with a difficult feeling while giving the nervous system a second rhythmic input — tapping in one case, eye tracking with breath and sound in the other. The Working runs deeper and longer: a full session shifts blood chemistry and brain state before the pattern is worked, which reaches material that stays out of range in ordinary states. EFT's strength is portability and accessibility.
If tapping is already in your toolkit: use it in daily life when a pattern flares between sessions, or to settle yourself before entering one. The one moment to skip it is right after a Transmute session — the protocol asks you to leave the worked pattern alone while it re-stores, so for those few hours, tap on other things. (Invoke immediately after Transmute is fine — it works only with the new state you're encoding, so the released pattern stays undisturbed.)
The physical effects — tingling, lightness — usually arrive in the first session. The deeper material tends to emerge from the second or third session onward, as the nervous system learns to follow the protocol. A mild first session is a successful first session.
No. The 5-minute taster needs only a free account — an email, nothing else. The 14-day trial of full access does take a card, with no charge today and no charge at all if you cancel within the trial.
Cancelling stops all future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel from your account page in two clicks.
Yes, though a larger screen produces a stronger effect — the tracking dot covers more of your visual field, which is part of the mechanism. Headphones are required either way, since the binaural beat only exists when each ear receives its own tone.
A full taster across all three modes — the complete experience, shorter. It ends at five minutes, right before the state begins to deepen. Feel what it does before you decide. No card required.
